So only planning Monday thru Friday this week.
Monday-Chicken Fried Rice
Wednesday-Chicken Nuggets, Mac and Cheese, veggie
Thursday- Pork Chops, fried tater w/gravy (will use gravy recipe listed HERE), veggie
Friday- Baked Spaghetti, garlic bread
For the most part, this week is a panty/freezer week. The two chicken meals will be from a whole chicken in the freezer, the pork chops from the freezer as are the chicken nuggets. I had to buy a few staples for the week, and a few things for the menu, but all in all, I saved 70.00 this week by using the pantry/freezer.
